About the Brent Safeguarding Partnerships Multi-agency Training offer

Brent Safeguarding Partnerships offers multi-agency safeguarding children and adults training which is intended to complement training that is delivered internally by individual organisations.

Our programme is intended to support partner agencies in meeting their statutory responsibilities with regards to safeguarding training, learning and development. This is in line with the requirements of Working Together to Safeguard Children Statutory guidance and other local and national policies, procedures and practice guidelines.

NB: The Safeguarding Partnerships do not deliver basic safeguarding training courses, therefore it is expected that all delegates will have completed some awareness and basic safeguarding learning provided by their own organisations prior to accessing multiagency learning sessions.

Who can attend this training?

The Brent Safeguarding Partnerships’ multi agency training is for anyone who works with or supports children, families and adults at risk of abuse or neglect in Brent.

We expect all participants at multi-agency training to be familiar with basic signs & symptoms and with their own internal procedures for reporting concerns.

How do I book onto Brent multi-agency safeguarding training?

Our training offer is managed through an online platform, it is easy to register your own account and manage your training bookings.

We request that all users please register using your work email as your contact. We also require the contact details of your line manager.
