Brent Thresholds Guidance

This guide is aimed at all practitioners and volunteers supporting or working with children and/or their families within statutory, voluntary, private or independent organisations in Brent.

All practitioners working with families need to know how to identify children who have additional needs and know how to make a referral for help.

The Thresholds Guidance is a guide for those working with children and families in Brent on making referrals to access the right level of support at the right time.

The updated guidance was signed off by the Brent Strategic Partnership on 2 February 2022.
